Under the passenger glove box, remove the fuse box cover. Take photos so that you know where fuses need to be when you reassemble it. Disconnect all 6 connectors on both sides of the fuse box module. Remove all fuses. Remove the 3 silver screws on the back. Pry apart the relay box around the seams. They are held together with clips.

I have a 2004 M3. The low beams stopped working. Bulbs are fine, I changed the fuses and they still will not turn on. I have parking, fog and high beams, but no low beams.
